Hello There

I’m Lilah Lyons, a Catholic convert, writer, and Natural Science student. I grew up running around back alleyways and reading Grimm’s fairy tales–not the usual childhood for a Gen-Z kid.

Since I was very young, I have longed for empty and wild places. I’m the sort of person who writes about abandoned houses and lights moving in the woods, windy autumn days and twisted oak trees. It is my deepest passion to explore the spiderwebs connecting zoology, literature, and religion–all with a little folklore thrown in of course.

Ongoing Project...

Please join me in supporting a youth-led effort to protect 1,054 acres of Andes-Amazon rainforest which will create the first protected area for the Caquetá Titi Monkey—an endemic, critically endangered species with fewer than 500 individuals remaining.
